Update
from Coach Troy

Hello and thank you for receiving our updates.

I want to extend my congratulations to everyone who competed in and finished the Eagleman Ironman 70.3, held in Cambridge Maryland. Contested in record breaking 100+ degree temperatures, this race was a true test of one's physical fitness and mental toughness. You can view some video from the race by clicking HERE.

Speaking of events, we've added a new workshop to our 2008 Triathlon Training Workshop Series. This one will be held in July in Columbia Maryland and will focus on preparing for the AFLAC Iron Girl Triathlon in August. We're giving away a TON of good stuff at registration so be sure to reserve your spot today.  Click HERE for more information and to register.

This weekend, we'll be hosting our annual Lake Placid Training Camp in NY. We look forward to another great year. If you can't join us for this year's camp, please consider attending in 2009, again in mid-June. Look for registration to open soon.

Finally, we're nearing the final stages of releasing our newest virtual reality training DVD, Wisconsin Training Ride. This workout DVD features a virtual ride over parts of the Iron distance race course in Madison Wisconsin. Look for more news coming soon.

Train Safe and Train Smart,
Coach Troy Jacobson

Scenes from 2008 Eagleman 70.3

Eagleman is one of the longest runnng and storied events on the East Coast, dating back to the early 1980's. Each year, conditions make the race unpredictable as the winds and the heat can change the dynamics of the event on a dime! This year, the heat (topping 100 degrees) slowed most racers, but not all. Winners Paul Amey and Joanna Zeiger both had very strong finish times.
