Hello and thank you for receiving our updates.
The 2008 Triathlon season is officially underway! This past weekend, I spectated at the Columbia Triathlon in Maryland. An event celebrating its 25th Year Anniversary, Columbia Tri draws the top talent from throughout the East as well as some of the top pros in the world! This year, 2007 Ironman World Champion, Chris McCormack was racing, along with top contender and winner of the Columbia Tri, Chris Lieto. We have a video clip from the race showing how the pros transition from the bike to the run. You can see it by clicking

Are you a Spinning Instructor? If so, maybe I'll see you at the
World Spinning Conference in Miami Florida, May 29- June 1.Here I'll be a guest speaker, lecturing on a variety of topics related to indoor cycling as it pertains to outdoor riding and competition. If you're there, please say hello.
Speaking of events, we've added a
new workshop to our 2008 Triathlon Training Workshop Series. This one will be held in July in Columbia Maryland and will focus on preparing for the AFLAC Iron Girl Triathlon in August. We're giving away a TON of good stuff at registration so be sure to reserve your spot today. Click
HERE for more information and to register.
I'll see you 'at the races'! If you have any questions about training or racing, please contact us.
