We're excited to announce that we're growing our team so we can better serve you. We're adding three new client account managers to our service team of five to ensure that you always get the support you need.
A quick reminder, it's important that we receive up-to-date answer sheets so that we can score exams efficiently. Unfortunately, we've received a few landscape-oriented (horizontal) answer sheets recently, and we can't score those efficiently. Please only use the portrait-oriented (vertical) answer sheets. And please make sure that you're using up-to-date registration forms and test booklets, too. If you're in doubt, give us a call at (800) 499-9092.
And to make sure that we continue to serve you effectively, we need your help. If you haven't responded yet, please email your Client Account Manager with the following information. As always, feel free to call with any questions.
- Our system is generating reports for online rosters. Please send me the e-mail address for the person within your organization who should receive the online rosters.
- Is your school an open testing site (you allow testers who are not attending your school sit for exams) or a closed testing site? Let me know so we can make sure our records are accurate.
- Let's make sure results are getting to the right person. Send me the e-mail address for the contact who should be receiving exam results.
We also want to make sure that NHA News is getting to the right people. Please feel free to forward the newsletter to your colleagues and encourage them to read NHA News and "subscribe" to the newsletter.

One click pre-registration
As previously communicated, we've been working on streamlining the registration process. This week it got even easier for students. When your students now visit www.nhanow.com, they can simply click on the "PRE-REGISTER FOR EXAM" button at the top-left of the page to pre-register and create an NHA account. When they return to the site, they can simply click on the "RETURNING STUDENTS' LOG IN" button.
Pre-registration is good for your school and good for your students. Pre-registration results in faster turnaround times and ensures that all your testers are verified and that their information is 100 percent accurate. It also means more accurate rosters for the proctors.
Effective Oct. 1, only online registration will be accepted. Paper/pencil exam booklets will be sent based on the number of online registrations.

Reminder: security and confidentiality
We are increasing the security of our assessments, including taking additional measures to maintain the confidentiality of candidates' scores. In the past, institutions received the exact score a candidate received on an NHA assessment. You may have noticed that on Monday, June 28, schools began receiving notification of whether individual candidates passed or failed the assessment; you are no longer receiving the candidate's exact score.
