It depends on your point of view. If you are looking up from your cross of affliction beneath the weight of economic woes then nothing appears to be refreshing.

But...

If you are experiencing the outpourings of God's healing grace right now and His miracle financial blessing then you can shout Amen!

AND ...

Even if you are not feeling blessed you SHOULD shout "Amen!" Amen?

As the director of this ministry of Harvest Projects International, I've faced giant challenges through the years. All of our "Projects" require faith and stamina and finances far above the earnings of a normal citizen or household. We aim to reach multitudes and can only do so with the aid of our partners. ISo can you imagine the waves of fear that might try to assail me from time to time facing those multidue of decision and faith ventures? I am sure you face them too if you are in charge of a ministry or business.

Whew! But you know what? In God's perfect timing, each "Project" has proved to be successful and fruitful. Millions of people have been blessed through our media outreaches in all of these "projects". I didn't take them on all at once or overnight. They have grown into my life and I've grown into the HARVEST vision over 30 years, learning to carry a vision to the goal line and manage the follow-up phases.

So, the other morning when some challenges were presenting themselves fiercely, I heard the Lord say, "Shelli put your blinders on! Keep looking at the mirror of My Word! Stay focused on the vision, plan and build. The world will need hopeful radio voices, the world will need Prayer Houses, the world even in dark crisis will find television sets to watch. Don't quit! Satan is the author of fear. BUT I AM THE AUTHOR OF FAITH! He has changed his methods, tightened the screws, strangling many of my people and those who don't know me. But I haven't changed my methods!
     I am still pleased with Faith, not Fear. I still honor seed time and harvest not hoarding and panic. I still can make nothing into something!
    I called David to gather the supplies for my glorious excellent temple in a time of famine. I called Moses to the brink of the Red Sea and I took the wheels off of Pharaohs' chariots, SUDDENLY. Don't give up on Me. I'm good for my Word. I'll come through for you IF you will keep your eyes on me!"

I have to tell you, my faith soared!

Then He continued about an hour later, "Shelli, remember where there was no money for a bus ticket to Bible School from Plymouth MA to Tulsa OK? Remember when there was no car and you walked 3 miles at midnight after flipping burgers to stay in school? Remember when there was no support to go to Guatemala for a year on the mission field? Remember when there was no harp? No canvas for the Travail of the Flag painting or paint? Remember when there were no funds for 16 trips to Israel? Or to any other nation I sent you to preach? Remember when there was no money to record your first album or TV show or radio? Remember when there was no venue to Honor Israel last year? I gave you the State House. I came through for you every time in the darkest clouds of doubt and fear brewing over you. Shelli, I will come through for you again! TRUST ME!"

AND JESUS WILL COME THROUGH FOR YOU TOO!

I am so excited! In the midst of great trials in 2008, I am seeing the dawn of extreme joy break through! There have been several very dramatic healings in our ministry this spring! You can watch them online.

CREATIVE MIRACLE HEALINGS!

In March at A Glorious Church Fellowship in Collinsville OK, in my service a woman was healed of a 15 year long agony of no back bone connective tissue between the vertebrae in her back. She flexed, bent, twisted and shouted with glee as we left the church!

In April Carolina at Leon de Judah in Boston. was healed with a creative miracle of a portion of her heal and ankle growing back into place. The crutches are swinging in the air in the cellphone video we captured of her that day! I had delivered a painting of the Woman with the Issue of Blood, being healed and prayed for her that week.

In May at Berean Church in Milford CT, a woman's back was healed and a man's knees.

And this week in the Full Gospel Businessmen meeting in Tulsa, OK, the chaplain came in with a severe irritation in his right eye. Doctors had been treating him all week with no success and he on dark glasses to shield his vision from the lights that hurt him. As I was singing in tongues he suddenly felt something pop out of his eye! There on the table in front of him on a white napkin that he'd been eating with, was a splinter of wood that had been in the eye, hidden from all the doctor's tests and treatment. Doctor Jesus healed it and the Glory in the singing and testifying drew out the splinter like a magnet!

MY EYE WAS HEALED - Chaplain Jim Sandrews

Dear Shelli,
     For several days, I've had pain in my eye. I spent 10 hrs with doctors. They couldn't find anything.
     While sitting in the meeting (Full Gospel Businessmen East Tulsa Chapter), you were singing. I looked down and there was a splinter laying on the clean cloth (napkin on my table).
     The anointing went down into my left arm as you sang and the Lord said, touch your right eye, then take the dark glasses off. Now, I have no pain.
