1. Pray for our Foreign Ministry as they work to find a way to get the aid collected to Burma and China in a timely way.  Let's pray for a breakthrough among the military junta that rules Burma.

2. The date for the official apology to the former students of the Native Residential Schools has now been announced for June 11th.  Please pray for M.P. Chuck Strahl, the cabinet minister who is stewarding this process, that all the right people would be available with open hearts so that this might bring about a true and lasting spiritual healing for these First Nations peoples and for our nation.

3. Pray for the process of selecting a new supreme court justice in the next few months.  It is expected it will be someone from the Atlantic region, possibly Newfoundland.  Pray for the person of God's choosing.

 Nazarite Call
Greetings,

This week has been one of the busiest this Spring with all kinds of special events.  The visiting prayer team from the Toronto area had the opportunity to attend the National Prayer Breakfast, our Leaders' Luncheon with Roger & Sue Mitchell and meet a number of cabinet ministers.  We have had many people drop by for a tour, including 80 folks from the annual Timothy School on Thursday night.

Mt. Salem School
Above is a visiting class from Mt. Salem Christian School who we hosted today.

Our NHOP Blog tells the stories and allows us to reflect on all the special events we have the priviledge of attending and the unique people we meet each week.

National Prayer Breakfast

national prayer breakfast01

What an amazing day we had in Ottawa this past Thursday with over 800 others who listened to the testimonies and other special presentations from political leaders and special guests like Judy Graves and musician Steve Bell.

Congratulations to M.P. David Anderson and his team for an incredible event.  Let's pray that the seeds that were sown will continue to be watered and bring forth a harvest.
