 Prayer Points
1. There is a lot of election talk in the air.
We have found ourselves praying that all of the purposes which God called this 39th Parliament to accomplish will be fulfilled. Please pray that everything which needs to be achieved would come to full term.
2. Please pray for Bill C-2, the omnibus Crime legislation which has become the subject of so much tension between the House of Commons and the Senate. Our sense is to pray that it should be passed by March 1st.
3. Thank you for your prayers for young adults in our nation who are considering "a Nazarite call" on their lives. Pray that all those who should be joining us at NHOP this March will have their financial needs met and more.

The Nazarite Call
God has been speaking to many young people about 2008, asking them to set aside this season of their lives for Him. Perhaps you are supposed to respond as one of the company of Nazarites gathering at the National House of Prayer in Ottawa, consecrating and dedicating themselves to pray.

Thank you for your prayers! Despite an ice storm and a major snow blizzard, the week in Quebec City was a great blessing to our team and to all the intercessors that came out to be trained.
 We are putting out the word that we will need a new cook this Spring. We're sad to say goodbye to our current cooks, the Hoffmans, who have been such a blessing to us. The new person(s) would need to be able to join us for April, or the beginning of May and be available at least until the end of June. If you know of someone (or a couple) who would be able to help us please have them give us a call as soon as possible.

Valentines week meant that we had a team from the Fredricton, N.B. area at NHOP. They were augmented by some others from Dove ministries. On Valentines Day our cook Deanna, made up a very special dinner for all of us, including some of our good friends who are taking the French class with us on Thursday nights. Here's a photo of our candlelight dinner. If you look really close you will see the skating rink in the park across the street.

There is a "Special Opportunity" the week of March 10-14. This session is designed for individuals or couples who are not able to join their local team, but want to come and join a "make-up" team from all across the country. Please call us right away about this special opportunity in mid March. There are still a few spots left.
Also that week on Wed. March 12th we are having another "Nhop for Newcomers" day, where local Ottawa folks can come between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM to join us for some teaching, lunch and a session in Parliament. Book your spot today!

| We Welcome Back the Wilsons
This past week we welcomed Iain and Susan Wilson back to Canada, and back to NHOP. Many of you who had visited us back in the Fall of 2006 will remember them when they were interning with us. In the last 14 months they have been seeking the Lord about returning to work with us as they raised financial and prayerful support in Scotland.
Susan is a physiotherapist by profession sat the exams here last Autumn, and was immediately offered a position in Ottawa. Iain will be working part time with us (we joke that that means only 50 hours a week.) They both have a passion for prayer and for seeing our nation transformed by the gospel.
It has been so encouraging to see how the Lord has led them back to our community and to the work He has designed for them here at the National House of Prayer.
Please pray for them as they settle into life here in Canada. If you want to get a closer glimpse of their first few days here, as they adjust to the snowbanks and learning a new language, you can check out their blog.

We hope to see many of you at the Watchmen for the Nations "Gathering" in Toronto next weekend, or maybe at Missionsfest Toronto in a few weeks time.
