Hi Everyone,

As we are getting ready for Demo Day and all the new changes, we have been slammed with lots of new products.  You will definately have lots of great new items to shop this weekend.

Demo Day
Saturday September 17th  11-4 PM
Thank you for all your great feedback about Demo Day.  We will be trying out some of your suggestions starting this Demo Day.   The biggest change is that we are going to limit each person to making just 1 of each project with each instructor.  We will have extra kits all bagged up and ready to take home. Hopefully, this will help cut down on people having to wait long times for a seat.   We are also looking at ways to get more seats dedicated to each project and we will have a table featuring all the products we are using on our Demo Projects.

Join us for 12 great projects all just $2 each. We will have a variety of cards and layouts for you to create. We do the cutting and you do the gluing. Just drop in anytime after 11 AM and purchase tickets at the front counter for however many Demos you want to create. We provide glue sticks so if you prefer tape, please bring a labeled tape runner. If you get to the store by 3PM, you should have enough time to do all the demos or get kits to go.

If you complete 6 demos, you will receive a coupon for 10% off your purchases for the day (not including special orders or other sale special offers).

Terri will be teaching you how to get this 3D pumpkin effect.

Surprise, I'll be doing a Demo tomorrow. We will be doing some heat embossing to get the great sand effect.
Tina will be making this fun folded card.

Linda will be teaching some great inking techniques on this great fall card.

Beth will be creating this frothy cocoa card.

Jill has a fun JilliBean inspired card for you.

Create a Life of Love With Suzy West    $40
I've been busy creating with Authentique since I became a teacher for them!! I love their products so it's not hard! LOL I'm getting tons of projects done so I can get all the details to all the stores that I plan to teach at!!
I've had some stores ask that I create a book similar to one that I created before but with this new line. I'm super excited about this project and I'll be showing you how to use that piece of 12x24 paper that Authentique makes!

Freshman!

I had so much fun doing this layout of my son's freshman year in high school. The new line from Fancy Pants called "Off to School" was the inspiration for these pictures. I LOVE to death the pencil paper and used it all over the layout--I esp like how the pencils can be cut apart to use for accents. Lots of decorative papers mix and match well on the neutral backdrop of Kraft cardstock--it helps ground everything. The new JilliBean accordian album was used on the bottom left corner of the layout and it allowed me to get tons of pictures on these two pages. I used the ribbon brads to secure the red twine to close the album when not in use. Yes, it is a bit thick to put in a scrapbook, but once in awhile I don't mind having something thicker in there. I have always been a fan of anything chipboard and the Fancy Pants chip's from this line was a great addition to the pages. Hope you like it and also hope to see you in the store soon! Happy Labor Day everyone!
