María has been an avid yoga practitioner for roughly nine years. She discovered Yoga while searching for a medical alternative to soothe some health issues and be able to drop allopathic medication she was taking. She currently teaches Hatha Yoga at all levels, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and Children's Yoga. Her classes feature a strong focus on asanas, pranayama techniques and relaxation; all in order to be conscious and aware of the physical body leading to an emotional response.

Jennifer (Indra Kaur) started attending yoga classes over 10 years ago. It was one day after attending a Hot yoga class in 2003 that she saw an advertisement for an upcoming Hatha Teacher Training. It all came together effortlessly and she knew she was on the right path. For seven years she has been teaching Hot, Power, Recovery, Hatha All Levels, Flow, Chair and Children's Yoga. She attends workshops and classes on a regular basis and is currently working towards her 200 hour Level I Kundalini Teacher Training Certificate.

Being a mother, working and living a busy schedule, Yoga has brought a strong balance to her life. She is very grateful to be able to inspire people to learn more about yoga, natural self care and overall well being. Still, to this day, Jennifer is amazed by the impact Yoga has on the mind. No matter how many things we juggle and how busy our mind is, we can come to class and really let it all go and leave feeling wonderful!
