We would like to share some exciting news!  We are honored to have again received Georgia Trend Magazine's Silver Spoon Award for 2011 announcing us as one of the Top 10 Dining Destinations in the state of Georgia.  As InnKeepers and Restaurateurs, we have continuously worked toward providing an excellent experience for all of our guests.  We are so thankful for the amazing team we have at Glen-Ella Springs Inn and we share this award with them.

 

 

Marc Badon, our executive chef, is dedicated to maintaining a superior level of excellence in our kitchen.  Along with his team, he continues to prepare our signature dishes along with dozens of innovative specials.  His passion and love of cooking shines through in every plate presentation and is evident in his entrees made with homemade stocks and always using the freshest of ingredients.

 

Maria Hill, our dining room manager, has done a fantastic job running the front of the house and working on an evolving wine list with Luci.  In addition to training and managing our wonderful wait staff, she warmly greets and welcomes our guests carrying through the Glen-Ella experience in the restaurant.
