H&A ranked #171 on Engineering News-Record's (ENR) 2012 Top International Design Firms list, moving up 20 spots from last year's ranking.
As a group, the Top 200 saw a 13.3% revenue increase in 2011, to $65.31 billion from $57.66 billion in 2010, from projects outside their respective home countries.

leed gold for u.s. consulate in dubai |
The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) announced that the newly constructed U.S. Consulate General in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) was awarded the Gold level of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDŽ) certification under LEED for New Construction.
The Consulate General in Dubai was constructed by the design-build contractor B.L. Harbert International of Birmingham, Alabama and designed by the architectural firm Page Southerland Page of Arlington, Virginia. H&A provided engineering design on the project.
