Citizens 2012: Premium Change Factors |

Citizens is implementing changes for personal residential policies, effective on or after May 1 for new business and on or after June 1 for renewals.
One important change is that Citizens no longer will offer coverage for aluminum carports, screened enclosures, patios and awnings, or similar structures constructed to be open to the weather. Read more.
