Students at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business have been given lots of advice by speakers over the years. Tom Donaldson was the first, however, to ever advise them to follow the example of pelicans and pond slime.

An author who wrote a best-selling book about the importance of trust and how an ethical approach leads to better performance in business and life is slated to be the key note speaker at the Second Annual Principle-Centered Leadership Conference at Utah State University.

Stephen M.R. Covey is a speaker and consultant who is The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal bestselling author of "The Speed of Trust." Conference to Feature Business Leaders and Athletes
Hundreds of people, from prominent business executives to former professional athletes, will be attending the upcoming international conference sponsored by Utah State University's The Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence.

The 2012 Shingo Prize International Conference, with the theme "Building the Architecture for Operational Excellence, Every Leader a Teacher, and Accelerating Transformation," will feature keynote addresses from top-level management and honor several companies for their continuous improvement efforts.
