| At the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business we are grateful that the type of resolutions and goals we set at the beginning of the year aren't of the usual New Year's variety. We aren't starting from scratch with a resolve to suddenly go in a new direction. For us, it will be a matter of finding ways to better stoke the fires of progress and refine our focus. Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence to Spark Innovation

A new center at Utah State University that is expected to offer an array of services and help to entrepreneurs on and off campus is expected to open later this month at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
The Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence will formally open on Jan. 25 and will be housed on the third floor of the George S. Eccles Business Building on USU's Logan campus. A press conference and ribbon cutting are scheduled for 3 p.m. that day. Click here to read more. |

| A new student organization at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business has been recognized by a global organization as its Best New Student Chapter in 2011.
In the fall of 2010, students at Utah State University founded a student chapter of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), a global professional organization for research, teaching, practice, and study of information systems. Click here to read more. |
