The February All Point Bulletin comes out tomorrow

The construction of the new parking lot and bathrooms at Lily Point Marine park is just about finished, but crews have encountered some minor delays. Read when construction is supposed to wrap up and these other stories in the February edition of the All Point Bulletin:

  • Proponents of converting the Julius Fire Station into a public library made their case to parks commissioners alongside those who want to see the station turned into a gym. Find out what the commissioners thought of these proposals.

  • Come 2013, Point Roberts will share a congressional representative with parts of Everett and the Seattle area. Read what Whatcom County political party representatives had to say about the changes.

  • Northwest Sky Ferry can now offer reduced prices and more flexible flight times to the Point thanks to a recent Federal Aviation Administration decision. Learn what effect this decision will have on frequent Point Roberts' fliers.

  • Blaine school district superintendent Ron Spanjer spoke with the All Point Bulletin about the district's upcoming maintenance and operations levy and capital projects bond initiative. Find out why he's hopefully both will pass come the February 14 election.
