Panfish continue to be located in deep wood. Look for them in cribs in 18-24 feet of water, use small tube jigs or feather jigs to catch them.
Bass, largemouth can be caught in thick weeds with scum frogs, and swim jigs. Smallmouth are a bit deeper on gravel and rock bars. use crankbaits, soft plastics, and jigs to catch them.
Walleye can be caught in deep timber in 18-24 feet of water, and in green weeds with a slip bobber and a leech about a foot off the bottom.
Northern pike are biting well in green weeds on spinnerbaits and stick baits.
Musky action is still good in green weeds on bucktails and topwater baits, the best times for them are morning and evening.
Good luck, Tanner Wildes To read a complete outdoor report CLICK HERE |
