Texcel is continuing to focus upon training its team and one of the areas that we work hard at is cross training. (Not to be confused with cross dressing, which is an area we have little experience of!).

Cross training ensures that multiple staff members are able to undertake the same task, ensuring that illness or holidays are no barrier to maintaining normal operations.  It means that we can remain flexible as possible as an organisation and our team is continuously upskilled.

Ultimately, cross training ensures that we can provide our clients with a seamless continuity of service and it saves a lot of scratching heads.
