Texcel is pleased to introduce you to David "Call me Dave" Scollick, our new area sales manager.

Dave is a seasoned contract electronic industry professional, with a successful track record of working with design companies on new product introduction through to large volume manufacturing in Asia.

He also knows his cachaça from his batida - a slice of his youth was spent  running a very successful bar and club in Rio de Janeiro.

Dave will play an important part in Texcel's exciting 2010 expansion plans, more details of which we will be telling you about in the coming months.

As you might expect, we couldn't possibly send Dave out on the loose without providing him with the kind of training and support that our clients have come to expect from Texcel. 

So he will be spending his first month or so getting to grips with our award winning processes and services before immersing himself in the business of meeting potential new customers. 

David is based in Stevenage, Herts. Not a patch on Ipanema beach, we admit, but at least we all know where to head to if we want to enjoy a Caipirinha Cocktail.
