Hello Fairmont Family,
I would like to thank everyone for saving and turning in box tops to their teacher this school year. Together 5,345 box tops were turned in to General Mills; that equals $534.50 for your classes. I think that is amazing!
The class that turned in the most for May was Mrs. Kaneski's 2nd grade class with 160 box tops. The Fairmont Eagle will fly to their room to roost for the remainder of the school year. Congratulations!
I would also like to give three cheers to three other classes for reaching the goal of turning in a running total of 500+ box tops and earning a popsicle party. They are: Mrs. Martinez's kindergarten class for collecting 533 box tops, Ms. Escutia's second grade class for collecting 541 box tops, and Ms. Harper's and Ms. Letson's 8th grade home room for collecting 502 box tops! Way to go!!! Enjoy your hard earned and well deserved treat!
Please keep saving your box tops during the summer months. I will be collecting and counting them in the following school year. Thank you again for support.
