ECPA Fall Fundraiser Donations
Please remember that donations for the ECPA Fall Fundraiser are due by November 3rd! This is the deadline, however you can turn in donations anytime before. Our Dunk Day will be held on November 10.
Night of Stars Fundraiser
Fairmont Music needs your help raising money so that we can compete at the London Festival of Music in April 2012. This is an inaugural and invitation only event that we are excited and honored to be a part of. To raise money there will be a dinner, show, bake sale, and silent auction on November 3, from 7 - 10 pm at the Fairmont Preparatory Academy MPR. Donations are $20 per person, which includes dinner and a show put on by our talented music students.
There will be a silent auction where you can bid on items and a bake sale for purchasing yummy treats - an excellent way to take care of some of your holiday gifts.
Teacher In-Service Day - NO SCHOOL
Please mark your calendars that Friday, November 4 will be a teacher in-service day, so there will be no school for students.
Parking Lot Reminder
We would like to remind all parents to please drive slowly and carefully in our campus parking lot and the church parking lot when it is time to drop off or pick up your student. These areas are very busy during those times and we would like to keep our campus safe for everyone.
Peer-to-Peer Day at Fairmont Prep
8th graders, mark your calendars for November 8th for Peer-to-Peer Day at Fairmont Prep! The entire 8th grade class will spend this day at Fairmont's high school campus to get a taste of high school life. Fairmont Prep ambassadors will tour the students around and accompany them to classes and Spirit Week activities. Look for more information from your homeroom teacher next week.
