WANTED: Traveling Talon Pictures
If your family took any photos with our Traveling Talon mascot this summer, we would love to include them in our slideshow! If we get enough photos we will be showing the slideshow at a special assembly on September 30th for the entire school. Please email any photos you have to Samantha Saturday by September 23rd.
Extra Curricular Classes Begin Monday!
Our Extra Curricular courses begin on Monday, September 19 after school. If you have yet to sign up for the classes your child wants, please make sure to turn in the form and payment by Monday afternoon.
Back to School Picnic
Please join us on Friday, September 23rd at Irvine Regional Park for our annual Back to School Picnic. This is a great family event and a perfect opportunity for you to meet your child's friends and get to know the teachers. There will be a Hawaiian buffet, softball game, rock wall climbing, a silent auction, and a raffle. See you there!

ASB Speeches and Elections
 Congratulations to our newly elected ASB officers!
Last Friday the candidates gave their speeches about their strongest attributes and what they would bring to the team if elected. Each candidate made very strong proposals for ways they could improve our campus and activities for the student body at Edgewood.
This year's elected officials are:
