Tata Business Support Services Engages Ohio Community

Building on its robust involvement with the communities in which it operates, Tata Business Support Services (TBSS) recently participated in the COSI on Wheels program at

a local elementary school in Marietta, Ohio.

As part of the Tata group of companies' larger partnership with the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, TBSS supported COSI on Wheels, a traveling science outreach program of the Center of Science and Industry (COSI). COSI on Wheels engages students in dynamic hands-on activities aligned with the Ohio Academic Content Standards, and complementing the National Science Education Standards.

Putnam Elementary, a low performing school, was able to benefit from multi-faceted demonstrations of various scientific theories and technologies. There was a palpable sense of awe in the auditorium as an electrified TBSS staff brought out the excitement, interest, and wide-eyed wonder from the children as they learned about different forms of renewable energy.
