Some things change ...
... and some things should not!

WORD CHURCH
Folks, there are things in life that change. In fact, life itself is about "change". Truth is, if it is not changing, it is probably "dead"! Seriously, life by definition is a living, growing,
changing thing! One thing that should never change, though, is your love for your wife ... the "gift" God gave to you, for life!
The next time you see an old man or woman, who no longer has the benefit and company of their spouse, take some time and visit with them. Talk to them, and ... listen. Learn from them, and you will discover the importance of a good mate!
In Genesis, God spent an exhausting day bringing every type of cattle of the fields, and creatures of every kind, to Adam to see his reaction! He would bring them to him, to see what he would call them, but actually the Bible tells us, if you will read closely that God was looking for a "helpmate" for the man! He was looking for some creature that would give the man pleasure, and delight ...
a being to keep him company ... to show the man just how much God loves him!
But, as Genesis puts it, "... there was not found a suitable
helpmate for the man." God was looking, searching, learning, to see just what would "rock that man's world" with delight! But he could not find anything. So what did God decide to do? You guessed it!
God looked deep into the man, not just his body but the make-up of his very being ... his needs and his personality, even his intellect! He reached down deep inside the man and took of a part of the man, and he fashion (as only God could have done) the most beautiful creature to ever walk the face of the Earth! He created the "woman"! Folks, she was so beautiful, that when the man saw her, all he could get out of his mouth was ...
"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa ... MAN!! Whoa ... Man!!
I mean this guy was excited! Here comes this beautiful creature walking up to the man, and ... even the way she walked was ... well, her gate just captured his full attention! And they still do that today!
Who is that woman ... that "Whoa ... Man" in your life?
It's time you took some time to notice ... and appreciate the "special gift" that walks before you!
Make me proud!
