Greetings!
pastor Rich Allcorn at study
Happy New Year!

From my wife and me, to you and your family ...
May your thanks to God, for His "Blessing" on you and your life, be great!  And may you have a wonderfully "Happy New Year!"

This year take some time to write what you expect out of this year.  Place it on your bathroom mirror, and on your refrigerator, and every time you see it, "confess" it!  Speak it into being!  Call it in!

Faith speaks of things that are not, as though they were ...  so that they "will BE", in this new year!  Remember, this is a time to "give thanks" to GOD, and be "thankful" for all that you have and enjoy!

A Brand New Beginning!

You heard me right ...
This year is a "brand new beginning" ... for you!

Starting Off Right ...
The Bible teaches us about "seed time and harvest.  If you've grown up around farmers, you also know that there are key principles that govern the crop results you desire.  There are principles of the "seed" that you sow, and principles of the growth of that seed, that are constantly at work.

In Mark 11:23 tells us that if we would but "believe" in our hearts that what we "say" will come to pass, we can have whatever we say!  In verse 24 it reads, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."

How many of you understand the principle of "sowing" and "reaping" again?  How many of you know how a seed works?  When we "speak" into the Earth, the life of God that is within us goes forth and begins to produce what we have spoken.  We must "believe" with our hearts.  Your mind is going to give you some fits from time-to-time, but believe in your heart.  Have patience, and speak your faith every time the thing which you have prayed for comes to mind.  Eventually, the doubt and unbelief will have to get out of the way!  Confess it, and you establish it.  The power in your confession is the watering of that seed ... the nurturing that will help it to become established and produce the harvest you confess.

With that in mind, take this year in-hand, and write down the things you want to see come to pass this year.  Make plans, and set things into motion.  Confess over them, and "believe"!  And like the seed that sends it's tap root deep down into the soil, your seed - the thing you have prayed over and spoken into existence - will form a root system.  As the root system begins to grow and develop, it will spread out throughout the soil underground to give the plant a stable, consistent resource in the washing of the water of the Word of God.  And as you confess over it, it will grow and grow and grow.  It has to store up it's energy because it's biggest feat is yet to come - bursting forth into the Earth-realm, and producing the harvest for which you have prayed!

The seed's biggest event is it's "birth"!  You see, it has to store up energy and develop a "support system" beneath the soil so that one day, at the proper time, it will fight it's way to the surface, and be "born" into this atmosphere!  It must "burst forth" through the soil and enter into the atmosphere where it is to live and survive!  At that point, what was once sown into the soil is now visible and apparently "here" ... to grow, to produce, and to provide that which it is designed to provide!

The same goes for things that you pray over, or things that you "speak" into existence ... you have to "believe" that they already exist, even though you cannot see them.  You have to have "patience" to wait and "trust" that the seed you have sown will DO what it was created to "do"!  And you have to "confess" over them ... speak as though what you have prayed has already happened.

But when we speak contrary to our faith, or when we doubt, or begin to grow impatient and insist on "seeing" what we should be "believing", we often kill off the very thing we wanted to grow.  So, if you want to "bring in your harvest", you have to "have faith" ... and "patience"!  Wait.  Yes, "wait" ... and allow the faith of God to produce in your life, what you have "expected".

Now get your pen and paper, or your notebook computer, or your iPad, and get busy writing down the things you want to happen for you ... THIS YEAR.  Speak them into existence!  Sow them with the Word of God, and "believe".

Remember this:  "The vision is for the appointed time ... though it may tarry, wait for it!  For it will surely come... without delay."
(Habakuk 2:3)  Your prayer, and the things which you set into motion on this day, "will come" ... if you believe!

Make me proud!

Remember what God says
"For I know the plans I have for you", says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."      [Jeremiah 29:11 - TLB]

about the Pastor
Pastor Rich

About me:
I'm a hopeless romantic! I write poetry, short stories, and songs. I love rainy and foggy days. (sorry, that's me) I like to take walks with my wife through nature, go camping with her in the outdoors, and take my Jeep and go places we really can't go in a normal car. I can't wait for us to get a motorcycle! We both love to ride!

I love to sit in the woods and listen to the raindrops after a rain as they slowly drip from the leaves, in the quiet of the woods.

My feelings run deep - really deep. My values are true, solid, black-and-white. My commitments are true, as well. I am a believer in "absolutes"! When I am your friend, there are no "grey areas" with me - you're my friend - period. That survives all attacks, all obstacles, and all that we may go through.

I'm not perfect, but my beliefs are solid, deep-rooted, and of honor and character. These are what keep me grounded, as a friend, and as a person ... and they're what bring me back when I stray or fall short. My wife is that way too. I guess that's why we are such a perfect match!

about Jane:
She's that sparkle in my eye, the twinkle in my smile, the dance in my step, the hop in my walk, and the object of my affections!

We go camping together, Jeeping together, traveling together, and we even work out together! When we go out in public together, I climb over 2 notches on the social scale just because I'm seen in public with her!

We like much of the same foods, so we cook together and compare recipes. We learn from one another. She's my pal, my friend, my lover, and my partner in life.  We even do Weight Watchers together!   We've been called that "Mad About You" couple you've seen on TV! When we minister together, it's obvious that we "belong"!

I believed God for Jane. She was a "special order", I assure you! He put things in her personality, her physique, and her walk ... all the things about her are things God knew that I wanted and needed!  She is His expression of love, to me!

Thank you for your help in carrying out the vision, our vision, of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world!
