We recently held a product demonstration at Pusateri's Fine Foods located in Bayview Village in Toronto. Pusateri's is a world class food emporium known best for its exceptional products, finest foods, superior quality and customer service. Our line of olives and condiments was well received and we loved having the opportunity to meet some of our customers face-to-face.

Caviar or smoked salmon with cream cheese
Chicken or crab salad
Goat cheese topped with Sable & Rosenfeld Spicy Olive Brushetta
Sable & Rosenfeld 4 Pepper & Olive Dip

Party Quiche Bites

Ingredients:

1 well-beaten egg

1 tbsp cream

1/2 tsp grated Parmesan

2 tbsp sautéed mushrooms or crabmeat

Salt and pepper

10 Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups.

Preparation:

In a small bowl whisk egg with cream and salt and pepper until well blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Place a tsp of filling in each Party Cup. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes until set.

SWEET TREATS

Sweet Fillings

Lemon curd topped with fresh fruit
Chocolate mousse garnished with a raspberry
Sauteed apples drizzled with Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Butter Rum Sauce

Tiny Chocolate Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

1 egg

1/3 cup sugar

8oz softened cream cheese

6oz melted semi-sweet chocolate

20 Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups

Preparation:

Beat egg and sugar until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients. Place a teaspoon of filling in each Party Cup. Bake at 325° for 12-15 minutes or until set. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
