NEW SPICY OLIVE BRUSCHETTA
|

A blending of chopped black and green olives, cauliflower, carrots, pimento, capers and jalapeno and havanero peppers. Spicy, crunchy and delicious. Dare to add some sizzle to your favorite sandwich, pizza, salad, pasta, chicken or grilled fish entree. |

Spicy Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups of canned albacore white tuna in water, drained
or
2 cups leftover grilled or poached tuna.
1/2 cup diced celery.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, or to taste.
1/8 cup red onion.
1/2 cup well drained Sable & Rosenfeld Spicy Olive Bruschetta.
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice.
Preparation:
Flake the tuna with a fork into a medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir together well. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until cold and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves that have been washed and dried.
Makes 4 servings. |

Deviled Eggs ala Sable
Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and shelled
6 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tsp Dijon Mustard
3 tsp vinegar (any type)
12 tsp Sable & Rosenfeld Spicy Olive Bruschetta, well-drained
Preparation:
Slice eggs lengthwise in half. Carefully remove the yolks, leaving the whites intact. Place the yolks in a bowl, mash and add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Spoon the filling into the whites, mounding it slightly to resemble a whole egg. Top with Sable & Rosenfeld Spicy Olive Bruschetta. Keep the eggs refrigerated until serving time; remove them from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
