My Choice

Beginning the week of March 26, City Manager Lynda Humble will host a series of meetings where you will be asked to vote on the personal preferences of you and your family for City services. The survey results will be published on the Internet and used to make the difficult decisions that we potentially face as a community during the budget process.

The My Choice website and video will be online on March 26. Meeting schedules will be posted on the website and sent to those who subscribe to the "Notify Me" email notification feature on the website under the "Rowlett News" topic. For those of you who will not be able to attend one of the dozens of upcoming meetings, there will be an online survey posted for you to tell us how you prefer your tax dollars be spent.

Help us make well-balanced decisions that not only meet your needs but continue to give you a sense of pride to be a Rowlett citizen. These decisions will prepare us for the growth that will follow the completion of the President George Bush Turnpike Eastern Extension and the DART Blue Line Light Rail Extension. After all, it is YOUR Community, YOUR Money, and truly YOUR Choice!
