Here at Heritage Quilts & Fabric Shoppe, we are making the best of the New Year, New products and new classes. Starting in January new classes to be offered are embroidery machine and 5D embroidery classes, getting to know your sewing machine, beginner quilting classes, round robin exchange club, Intermediate/Advance quilting classes and tote/handbag classes. |

Embroidery Machine Know How & 5D Embroidery Program
Tuesday Feb 14th or Feb 21st
10:00 AM till 3:00 PM
This delightful table setting will be the "star" at your next dinner party! The buttery spring flowers and creamy colors set the tone for a happy time! The runner and placemats can easily be adjusted to a size that works on your table. The designs come in several sizes depending on the embroidery area your machine can do. This class is free for those who have purchased their sewing/embroidery machines from HQFS, class cost to all others is $30.00.
The Designs you will need to download prior to class.

Beginner Sampler Class
Every Thursday Morning @ 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Cost $12.00 each session
The class will teach you the basics of piecing a variety of 12 different quilt blocks, like paper piecing, and applique. The class is on going and is taught every week and you can start at any time. Each week will be a different pattten, Learn the proper techniques for rotary cutting, use of rulers, pinning, stitching and pressing. | Round Robin Exchange Club---Heritage Quilts & Fabric Shoppe.
Next Meeting is Feb 13th, @ 1:00PM
 You can still get in to the Round Robin Fun Come in and drop off you block. Round robin quilts can be a fun experience for a group of quilters to do together. It will challenge each quilter in their design work, their color choices and creativity.
What is a Round Robin Quilt Exchange?
The basic steps of a Round Robin Quilt Exchange are:
You design the starter block for your quilt. This establishes the color choices and theme of your quilt.
You send your block to another person in the group. They work on your quilt while you work on a border for another member of the group. Each person in the group is working on someone's quilt. There are often instructions for each "round" of the Round Robin Exchange that quides your border choices.
At the pre-set timeline, you bring your quilt to Heritage Quilts & Fabric Shoppe,you will give the quilt you were working on to the next person in the Round Robin Quilt Exchange.
You anxiously await your completed quilt top (the one with your starter block) to be returned to you. Generally you have not seen your quilt along the way, so it is with great anticipation you wait to see what was added to your starter block!

Cost is $35.00, this includes staying the night in one of our great rooms, the main dish for Dinner, and Brunch. Each participant will bring a side dish to compliment the main dish for dinner.
