1st Quarter Thread Velvet
Project's using Computer Program and Emboridery.
 
Begin by creating the background for your THREAD VELVET™ design. Choose a pallete of fabrics that reflect the colors and look you love! Our's is sort of shabby chic. Then choose a solid linen or home dec weight fabric and "make it your own" using 5D™ or 4D Design Creator! Create magic with our lowly little rosebud and watch the thread velvet design come to life! Next, sew log cabin strips around your rosebuds and "voila!" A masterpiece! The table ensemble will be the hit of your next dinner party!

Great way to get that 1/4" seam straight and consitant. Using 2 1/2" strips with 10 colors.  You get a table runner that looks much harder than it is.

THE NEW SESSION FOR OUR ROUND ROBIN CLUB WILL BEGIN ON JANUARY 9TH, 2012 @ 1:00PM.  TAKE THE TIME AND COME IN AND SEE THE UNVEILING OF OUR LAST ROUND ROBIN QUILTS.  BRING WITH YOU A FINISHED BLOCK THAT IS 12" SQUARE UP TO 24" SQUARE.  HAVE IN MIND WHAT COLORS AND FABRIC YOU WONLD LIKED USED IN YOUR PROJECT!!  STOP BY THE STORE FOR MORE DETAILS..  THIS IS A FREE CLASS, AND TONS OF FUN WITH FELLOW QUILTERS.
BEGINNER SAMPLER CLASSsampler class 

A Sampler quilt is a great way to learn & practice different piecing & quilting skills. The class will include a variety of 12 different quilt blocks especially chosen to familiarize class participants with different piecing techniques.

Each week will be a different pattern. Learn the proper techniques for rotary cutting, use of rulers, pinning, stitching & pressing.
