Holy Grounds Cafe The Pastor's Classfor new members and prospective members will be held today at 4:30pm in the Fellowship Hall. This class is for new members who have recently joined our church family as well as those who may be interested in church membership. If you are interested in participating, write your name and telephone number on the welcome tab attached to the bulletin and drop it in the offering plate.

| Time for a Picnic & Baptism in the Bay.....Sept 30th - 1:00 PM - Blue Angel Rec. Park |
THE LORD'S SUPPER On Sunday September 30, in both morning services, we will honor the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus through the celebration of the supper that He established as a time of remembrance. Following the morning worship services, the church will gather at Blue Angel Naval Recreational Park at 1:00pm for a picnic and Baptism in the Bay. PICNIC & BAPTISM IN THE BAY Mark your calendars for our Picnic & Baptism in the Bay on September 30th @ 1:00 PM at the Blue Angel Recreational Park. The menu will be hamburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings along with drinks. The cost is $5.00 for adults / $3.00 for children 10 and under. The park entrance fee has been paid. Please pay in advance by either giving you reservation form and money to Cami Simmons in the finance office, or by placing it in the offering plate. Checks need to be made payable to MGBC (Write PICNIC on the memo line.) Thanks!

ADULTS
6PM: Adults may attend the Pastor's Bible Study. This is located in the main worship center. The Bible study is preceded by a focused prayer time.
YOUTH/STUDENTS
6PM: For our middle and high school students, a time of fun, celebration, and Bible study takes place in the Butler Chapel (downstairs in the basement area). Our Student Minister, Jeremy Phillips, will provide the leadership each week for this ministry.
GRADE SCHOOL CHILDREN
6PM: The Praize Kidz choir, grades 1-6, will meet in Room 103 in the Education Building. This will be followed by activities in our Family Life Center.
PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
6PM: The preschool choir will be meeting in the Family Life Center. This activity will be followed by a time of fun and fellowship in the same location.
(Parents may pick up their children from the Family Life Center at 7pm.)

| Praize Kidz Choir.... |
The Myrtle Grove Baptist Church Praize Kidz choir has begun another year of learning more about praising our Lord Jesus. The kids are excited to sing songs of praise and help lead in worship once a month in the morning worship services. All children in grades one through six are invited to join the Praize Kidz. Please come! Weekly rehearsals are on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 6:30pm in room 103. For more information contact Melissa Westman

FALL FAMILY FESTIVAL
It's just around two corners
. On Wednesday, October 31st from 6:00 - 8:00pm, our church will once again offer the children of the Myrtle Grove and surrounding communities an alternative to trick-or-treat.
We need your help in making this a special event for these children.
Individually wrapped candy donations are needed. Boxes have been placed in the church office and the FLC.

The STRENGTH TEAMis coming . . . October 24-28, 2012 Mike Hagen, along with members of the Strength Team will be here in Escambia County ministering in the public schools during the day along with nightly presentations here in our sanctuary. Begin praying now for God to bless this event.
