Let me take this opportunity to personally thank all the volunteers who helped in any capacity with last week's Strength Team Event.  I believe all of us would agree that God worked in an incredible way through Mike Hagen and the Strength Team members.  We experienced what I believe to be true revival.  From the oldest to the youngest person in our fellowship you could see the Holy Spirit at work.  Many new members have been added to our church; the vast majority being first time converts.  We have our work cut out for us as we seek to disciple these men and women in the faith.  Keep on praying, Myrtle Grove Baptist Church, and keep on believing God for the impossible.

NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION

Today and next Sunday at 4pm

All new members (adults, youth, and children) are to meet with the pastor and staff at 4pm in the church sanctuary.  From there new members will be directed to the appropriate places for orientation and training.  We are grateful for God adding these precious families to our fellowship.  WELCOME, new members to your new church family!

FAITH Semester Begins

Tuesday, February  22

We will be kicking off another evangelistic visitation with orientation and training taking place on Tuesday evening at 5:30pm in the church fellowship hall.  A meal will be served and childcare will be provided for this event.  This semester will last approximately seven weeks.  Our goal will be to follow up on all the persons who attended our Strength Team Event.  Please sign up todayon the bulletin guest tab.  You may drop those off at the info table in the main foyer.  

Help Wanted: Lead Nursery Worker to be responsible for staffing preschool childcare for volunteers and paid workers for church services and other scheduled church activities.  Please call the church office for more information.

Don't Forget!  Church Family Breakfast - Next Sunday, @ 7:30am in Fellowship Hall.  Guest speaker:  Dr. Marvin Leech.
