November 2nd - 10:00 AM
 KEENAGERS: Our next meeting will be Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010, at 10:00 AM in the FLC. Our speaker will be Mr. John Appleyard. Please bring a covered dish to go with fried chicken. Desserts will be provided. For additional information contact Neil Thorsen. We still have a few seats on the bus for the trip to The Baptist College of Florida in Graceville on November 19th, 2010. The cost is $25.00 per person. .

Our Tuesday night visitation will focus on following up on families who attended the Fall Family Festival. We will meet in the fellowship hall at 6pm for prayer and to receive assignments. Prayerfully consider being a part of this evangelistic effort to reach families of our community for Christ!

Basketball
 UPWARD Basketball Coaches Training: Upcoming coaches training sessions are scheduled for Monday, November 8th, and Thursday, November 11th. These sessions will begin at 6:30pm in the FLC and last for approximately one hour. All coaches, new and returning, are required to attend one session. Military Sunday
Veteran's Day Celebration
 Sunday, November 14, 2010 featuring Dr. Bobby Welch Former President, Southern Baptist Convention Founder of FAITH Evangelism Decorated Vietnam Green Beret Dr. Welch will speak at 9:15am and 10:30am.
A special invitation is being extended to military personnel. Our church bus will provide transportation to and from Corry Station.
SHUTTLE BUS DRIVERS NEEDED!
This special military focus will be the kickoff Sunday for our Military Ministry. This ministry will include providing transportation to our services for military personnel from Corry Station. If you are willing to be a shuttle bus driver for this important ministry, please write your name and phone number on the blank lines of the welcome tab on the bulletin. Indicate "military ministry bus driver." Tear off the tab and place in the offering plate or submit to the church office. Please pray for and support our Military Ministry.

30 Days of Prayer - Students
Oct 25 - Nov 23
 Pick up a MGBC Student Ministries Prayer Guide from the info counter in the main foyer and begin praying for our students. During this 30-day period, the Student Center in Butler Chapel will be open from 6am-12pm every day. Feel free to come and pray for our students. If you cannot come, just pray for our students where you are at any time!

Fall Festival Follow Up - November 2nd
I encourage everyone to meet Tuesday following Halloween at 6PM in the Fellowship Hall. Several unchurched families will be coming to the Fall Festival and we will need help with timely follow-up. Hope to see you here.

November 14th is going to be a great day at Myrtle Grove. This day we will honor and recognize those who have served in our armed forces.
