 Quilts on Mission
Be sure to stop by and view the beautiful handmade quilts on display today in the main lobby. These quilts were created by the ladies of the Quilts on Mission group for a very worthy mission project.

Fall Family Festival Parents: Don't miss this special children's event
next Sunday from 5:00 - 7:00pm.
Our church will once again offer the children of the Myrtle Grove and surrounding communities an alternative to trick-or-treat. We need your help in making this a special event for these children. Individually wrapped candy donations are needed. Boxes have been placed in the church office and the FLC. Additional help is needed to cook hotdogs in the kitchen and to assist in the game booths. See Ron Pouliot to volunteer.
6pm - Evening Worship Service Our regular Sunday evening service will be held in the worship center while the Fall Family Festival is going on in the Family Life Center. (Adults: Go by and visit the Fall Family Festival after the evening worship service.) |
 Upward Basketball & Cheerleading Registration is now open for boys and girls, grades K through 6, to be a part of our Upward season. Registration fee is only $65 ($75 after October 25th). Registration forms are available on the welcome table in the foyer. If you would like to provide a scholarship for a child, please see Ron Pouliot |
 Report on the Vote for our new part-time Music Associate: CHRISTIAN GARABEDIAN received a 99 percent approval vote of the church to be hired as our new part-time Music Associate for our contemporary worship. CONGRATULATIONS, CHRISTIAN!

 Military Sunday - Veteran's Day Celebration! Sunday, November 14, 2010

Dr. Bobby Welch Former President,Southern Baptist Convention Founder of FAITH Evangelism Decorated Vietnam Green Beret Dr. Welch will speak at 9:15am, 10:30am, and 6pm.
A special invitation is being extended to military personnel. Our church van will provide transportation to and from Corry Station. This special military focus will be the kickoff Sunday for our Military Ministry. This ministry will include providing transportation to our services to military personnel from Corry Station. If you are willing to be a church bus driver for this important ministry, please write your name and phone number on the blank lines of the welcome tab on the bulletin. Indicate "military ministry van driver." Tear off the tab and place in the offering plate or submit to the church office. Please pray for and support our Military Ministry. |
