Greetings!
Even before Sunday you have the opportunity to be at MGBC:
When: Saturday at 9:00 AM in the Butler Chapel basement
Why: To help the folks finish up on the great job they have been working on re-modeling the Youth Center.
Note: Alabama and Florida do not play until Saturday evening so....
How You Can Help: if you can handle a paint brush, a broom or a mop please try to pitch in and lend a hand....
Lunch will be provided (food!)
BOLIVIA MISSION TRIP
REPORT
Sunday night, during our evening
worship service, team members from the recent Bolivia Mission Trip will be
sharing testimonies and information concerning their experience in Bolivia.
Please don't miss this important gathering
this evening.
Also, be praying about the
possibility of your being part of a mission trip next year. Our Missions Committee will be sharing
mission plans for 2011 in the weeks ahead.
Let's show our support and come back strong in number tonight.

& Baptism
in the Bay
Sun, October 10 - 1pm
Today is your final opportunity to make your reservation
for our Fall Family Picnic at the Blue Angel Naval Recreation Area.
Please plan to attend.
This is a great opportunity for fellowship
and fun for the entire family.
After
lunch and baptism there will be volleyball games for adults and youth.
The playground is available for your children
along with the beautiful beach and water activities.
Hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks, and all
the trimmings will be served for a donation of $5 per adult and $3 per child
(10 & under).
Reservation forms are provided at the information table in
the main foyer. You may sign up
immediately following the worship service today.

Fall Festival

It's
just around the corner. On Sunday, October
31st from 5:00 - 7:00pm, our church will once again offer the children of
the Myrtle Grove and surrounding communities an alternative to
trick-or-treat.
We need your help in
making this a special event for these children.
Individually wrapped candy donations are needed.
Boxes have been placed in the church office
and the FLC.

is now open for boys and girls, grades K through 6, to be a part of our Upward
season.
Registration fee is only $65
($75 after October 25th).

forms are available on the welcome table in the foyer.
