Taking JESUS into the NEIGHBORHOOD
FAITH begins on Tuesday, August 31 with a kickoff banquet at 5:30pm followed by orientation and
training.
This semester of FAITH
will last for 8 weeks, ending on Tuesday, October 19. Please sign up at the info table in the
foyer today. LAST CHANCE!
A question you may have concerning this outreach
event:
What is the purpose of FAITH?
Answer: To take the love of Christ
to our neighborhood. We will be going
door-by-door in targeted neighborhoods to do three things.
1. To distribute
information about Myrtle Grove Baptist.
2. To offer
prayers of encouragement and support to each family
we visit and invite them to visit with us.
3. To share our
personal testimonies (our stories) as opportunities present themselves and of
course to share God's love.
REMEMBER:
Childcare and a light dinner is provided each week for participants and
their families at no cost. If you can
attend for the full 8 weeks or just one or two Tuesday nights during the course
of the semester, please sign up. We need
