Greetings!


Rev Marco Smith will be speaking in all three services this Sunday....

There will be the Celebration of Baptism at the 10:30 service along with some wonderful music by "Swing" and our choir. 

(information about the 9:15 service not received at this time - but it will be grand!)

KEENAGERS: Our next meeting will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday July 6th, 2010, in the fellowship hall.

 Our program will be presented by the "Silver Tone Summer Band."

Please bring a covered dish. Dessert will be homemade ice cream. 

Come prepared to sign up and pay for the upcoming events.

Summer Outreach


Summer Outreach - This summer, on July 13 and July 20 (Tuesday nights), we shall once again be knocking on doors in the neighborhood.

 We will also be following up on families of children who attended Vacation Bible School.

  We are calling on members of our fellowship to please join us in this evangelistic effort.

 We will distribute literature about our church as well as offer prayers for those we visit.

 Begin now clearing your calendar for those dates. 

We will go out at 6:30pm and return no later than 7:45pm.  Childcare is provided.

 PARENT/CHILD DEDICATION - Sunday, July 18 during both 9:15am & 10:30amworship services.  Call the church office for more information and to submit names of children to be dedicated

3:00 PM - Meet in old sanctuary to tour the building and                                   basement where we had youth choir rehearsal every Sunday afternoon

3:30 PM - Rehearsal in the present choir room
5:30 PM - Dinner in the Family Life Center
 
Sunday, July 25th

10:30 AM - Present 20 minutes of music from Celebrate Life and My Tribute
12:15 PM - Lunch in the Family Life Center

$5.50 per person needs to be prepaid (to Lorna or Cami) by 11:00 AM on the preceding Friday.

Centrifuge Camp at the University of Mobile 
July 12-17 for students 7th-12th grade
Approximately 18 Myrtle Grove Baptist students will be departing on July 12 for this week of camp.  Pray for their safety as they travel and that God's blessing will be upon them as they join 300 other students for exciting worship and recreation
