Easter Egg Hunt...
radio

Annual Easter Egg Hunt:  We are only four weeks away from our annual hunt and we need your help!  We need individually wrapped candy to fill more than 2,500 plastic eggs.  Anchor Club members from Escambia High will once again be helping us fill the eggs.  Since their spring break is the week before the hunt, we will be filling the eggs on Wednesday, March 24th.  Please bring your candy to the church office or to the FLC before March 21st.  If you would like to help at this year's festivities, please let Ron Pouliot know soon.   The Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 3rd at 9:00am.

40 Days of Prayer & Fasting...

40 DAYS OF PRAYER & FASTING FOR A FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH
Please continue to be in prayer for your fellow church members that God will bless each family financially in this new year of 2010.  In addition, please be praying each week for God to guide you in terms of what the Lord would have you to give on our Great Day of Giving, Palm Sunday, March 28.  Remember this special offering on Palm Sunday is to be above your regular giving (tithe).  Keep the following in your prayers each day.
1.  Pray for those in our fellowship who need jobs and/or increases in their financial income, that God would provide.
2.  Pray for our Great Day of Giving that God will bless us with a great offering for the general budget.
3.  Pray about your mission gift to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering.

4.  Pray for the remaining money needed for the land purchase (3 acres located behind our church facility).  The money in our land account is currently $87,000.  Money still needed is approximately $85,000.  Pray that God will supply this amount through his people (if it be God's will).

Haitian Relief:
Bucket .One more week to bring in your Buckets of Hope. Collection day will be March 15. Be a part of this relief effort. Let's help our sisters and brothers in Haiti.

HAITIAN RELIEF: For more information, go by the Prayer Table and pick up materials.  (Do not attach $10 to the bucket, rather bring your $10 to the church office along with your bucket.)  Money will be placed in the bank until time to ship buckets to Miami.  Special note for our senior adults:  Our student missionaries from the University of North Carolina will be available next week to provide a pick-up service for our senior adults for the Buckets of Hope.  These buckets are quite heavy so rather than you carrying these buckets to the church, just call the church office to have your bucket picked up.

PRAIZE KIDZ
"Deal or No Deal" "Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?" Who doesn't like game shows? The Praize Kidz are beginning to produce their own musical game show called PaRaBLeLooZa! It's a musical and game show all rolled into one! The Myrtle Grove Baptist Church Praize Kidz will be presenting PaRaBLeLooZa! on Sunday, May 23. PaRaBLeLooZa! teaches six parables of Jesus using a corresponding game and song that make it wildly fun and chock full of biblical truth! The games are played live, so the winners won't be known until the end of the performance. There are scripted roles, nonspeaking roles, quite a few solos and plenty of opportunities for everyone to "get in the game." All children in grades one through six are invited to join the Praize Kidz as we begin to prepare this exciting musical. Rehearsals are weekly on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 6:30pm in room 103 at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church. For more information, please contact Melissa Westman
