JOINT WORSHIP SERVICE: On Sunday, December 13 our contemporary worship service and our blended worship service will come together for a joint service at 10:30am. This will be a special time of celebration of the Christmas season as we worship together. Music for this joint service will be led by our contemporary praise team and our blended worship choir.
*For contemporary worshipers: Small Bible Fellowship Groups will meet from 9:15am - 10:15am rather than their regular schedule on this Sunday only. We will then dismiss and join the blended worship service at 10:30am for a great worship celebration. The Holy Grounds Cafe will be open from 9am-9:15am.

 Men on Mission - Breakfast - Today.

The Baptist Men on Mission invite you to our Brotherhood Breakfast .
The breakfast serving line will begin at 7:30 AM and the meeting will end at 8:30 AM. We will have eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, gravy, hash browns, and biscuits.

The cost is $3.00 for adults, no charge for children. Sorry for the increase in cost, but it is necessary in order for the breakfast to remain self supported. For information, contact Bob Taylor.
A donation will be taken for the MGBC Food Pantry. Please bring at least one item for the MGBC Food Pantry.

Proposed 2010 MGBC Budget
TODAY: 2010 Proposed Church Budget Question/Answer Time
A question/answer and discussion time will be held today 4:30pm in the worship center.
The vote concerning the budget will be taken by secret ballot on Sunday, November 22, at the close of the 9:15am and 10:30am worship services.
The proposed budget may/should/might be online later this week (Friday or Saturday) if received from the office. A link will be placed on the home page.

Christmas Shoe Boxes
We will again be collecting gift boxes for needy students at our local elementary schools. Please wrap the top and bottom of the box separately and mark whether the box is for a boy or girl.
We will deliver the boxes to the schools on Monday, December 7th. Please deliver completed boxes to the church office prior to that date.
Suggested items include: Stuffed animals, dolls, balls, crayons, cars, coloring books, notepads, flashlights, toothpaste & brushes, combs, hair brushes, socks, wrapped hard candy and bubble gum.
Please do not include Bibles and Bible story books - the schools do not allow that material.

Committee Emphasis
Sunday, November 22, 6pm - Church Committee Emphasis: All committee members plan to participate in this time of prayer and planning for our church committees. Committee teams will get together in the worship center at 6pm for a time of prayer and worship, then each group will be dismissed for a period to meet and pray and work on any organizational matters that need their attention. Please plan to participate.

Gifts Survey
Today: Come back at 5pm today and bring your completed Spiritual Gifts
Surveys. Pastor Ron will conduct a
Spiritual Gifts Interpretation session in the church fellowship hall. The church fellowship hall is located in our
two-story educational building on the first floor. You may pick up directional maps at the close
of the worship service. Directional maps
are located on the back of our Bible fellowship/Sunday School brochures. The brochures can be found on the
contemporary information table in the foyer.
