The final presentation and church-wide vote for the Millennial Outreach/Contemporary Worship launch will be in 3 phases.
PHASE 1:
· This morning you will be receiving the final presentation and recommendation handout from the Millennial Outreach Steering Committee. This recommendation concerns the launching of our contemporary worship/Sunday School schedule this fall. Please pick up a copy as you leave this morning from ushers who will be at all rear exits of the sanctuary.
In addition, information tables are set up in the main foyer with representatives from the steering committee on hand to answer any questions. Copies of last week's Question/Answer handout along with the Generational Connection flyers can be picked up at the info tables as well. The steering committee urges every member to continue to pray and fast as we approach our final day of decision on Sunday, July 26.
· PHASE 2: On Sunday, July 19, at 4:30pm in the main worship center a question/answer time concerning the steering committee's recommendations will be held for our church family. This will be the final opportunity to ask any questions pertaining to this ministry.
· PHASE 3: On Sunday, July 26, a brief special called business session will take place at the close of the 10:30 am worship service. The final vote will be taken by secret ballot, with no discussion.

| 40 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Thru July 24
For Our Millennial Outreach/Contemporary Worship Schedule.
I hope you have already made your commitment to be a part of the Prayer & Fasting journey.
This coming week choose a 24-hour period (perhaps a sundown to sundown timeframe) in which you can commit to prayer and fasting.
Don't forget, you can pick a prayer and fasting guide on the prayer info table in the church foyer.
Your prayers can make a difference. God has already shown us, this year, what corporate prayer can do. We want our Millennial Outreach to be a great success; prayer and fasting is the key to make that happen. I am counting on you. Pastor Ron

| Your
Chance |
Remember when you were a kid and the grown-ups always warned you not to play in traffic? "Look both ways before you cross the street." / "Watch out, there's a car coming!" Now is your chance (as an adult) to actually be able to stand in the middle of the street and stop traffic - wow, what an experience! MGBC needs a few brave volunteers to serve as traffic directors/greeters before and after church on a rotating basis. Please contact Kathy Lake or Chris Larsen for more information. |
| We haven't lost one yet. |
