Children's Ministry Workshop:
On Saturday, June 27th, the Children's Ministry of MGBC will host a workshop for parents and anyone interested in working with our children in grades 1 through 6.  The workshop will be held in the fellowship hall and will begin at 9:30am.  We should be finished around 11:30am.  One of the topics to be discussed will be the upcoming changes that will take place when we begin our millennial service.  These changes will require more adult volunteers to ensure a safe, loving environment as we share the love of Jesus with our kids.  Light refreshments will be served.  Please complete the sign-up slip below and place it in the offering plate or call the church office at 455-7389 to register.

Fund Raiser Dinner

Spaghetti DinnerBrotherhood Sponsored Luncheon today, Sunday, June 28 after the morning worship service in the Family Life Center:  Cost of lunch is by donation.  Proceeds will be used for the support of our ongoing food ministry which is part of our Christian Social Ministries each Tuesday.  This ministry touches families in our community every week with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Food, clothing, and medical screening along with the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ provides a way for our church to connect with lost and hurting people in our community.  Please be a part of supporting this ministry through your attendance and donation at this luncheon.  If you can't stay for lunch but would still like to make a donation, you may do so by dropping it off at the church office during the week.  cake

40 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Continues - prayer

For Our Millennial Outreach/Contemporary Worship Schedule
I hope you have already made your commitment to be a part of the Prayer & Fasting journey.  This coming week choose a 24-hour period (perhaps a sundown to sundown timeframe) in which you can commit to prayer and fasting.  Don't forget, you can pick a prayer and fasting guide on the prayer info table in the church foyer.  Your prayers can make a difference.  God has already shown us, this year, what corporate prayer can do.  We want our Millennial Outreach to be a great success; prayer and fasting is the key to make that happen.  I am counting on you.  Pastor Ron
