How Espresso Brown Floors are like a Brand New Tux

This past week when I posted the article "How to Choose the Right Colour Wood Flooring", I said that espresso brown floors are already dated (not to mention show every spec) as they belong with the brown trend and anyone who installs heavily grayed floors is also following a trend which will eventually pass as well.
Then I received some emails from readers, and one designer in particular who said, "I use dark flooring (not necessarily espresso) for many of my clients because I find it makes the furnishings and wall colours pop. We can then use lighter coloured area rugs. Darker colours show too much lint. I guess you can't win either way!"
