 I have been in so many homes where my client will say, 'Don't pay any attention to that sofa it's going, or that area rug was only $100 or that drapery can be changed'. Now I know that sometimes people say that--just like I would--if I had a designer walking through my house, as certainly not everything is ever perfect.
