Americans Are Most Generous, Global Poll Finds
We know the Lowcountry is made up of charitable people. We meet and talk to them (and YOU!) every day. In fact the state of South Carolina has been ranked in the top 20% of states for charitable giving. Now, according to a recent survey conducted by the Charities Aid Foundation, we can be proud that our nation is ranked as number 1 in the world. This is an improvement over last year when the US was ranked as the 5th most generous country. Download the World Giving Index Report.
