We're movin' on up (the peninsula, that is)
Unofficial groundbreaking with members of Foundation Staff | The Coastal
Community Foundation
Center, at 635 Rutledge Avenue, is the future home of our main offices in Charleston County. The LEED certified building will include a variety of environmentally sensitive features,
including a cistern to collect rainwater for use in the building and a "living
roof" to provide insulation. More importantly, it will be accessible and have LOTS of parking.
Our scheduled move-in date is January
2011. We will be recording the building progress of the new center and sharing it on our blog. To follow, use the keyword "center".
