Unofficial groundbreaking with members of Foundation Staff
Groundbreaking Ceremony
The Coastal Community Foundation Center, at 635 Rutledge Avenue, is the future home of our main offices in Charleston County. The LEED certified building will include a variety of environmentally sensitive features, including a cistern to collect rainwater for use in the building and a "living roof" to provide insulation. More importantly, it will be accessible and have LOTS of parking.

Our scheduled move-in date is January 2011.  We will be recording the building progress of the new center and sharing it on our blog. To follow, use the keyword "center".
