~ The Benefits Of Asparagus ~

Yummy Grilled Asparagus
1/8 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup pure Olive Oil
3 cloves of Garlic crushed
Sea Slat and Pepper to tast
1/2 tsp of Maple Sugar
Whisk together in bowl and set in fringe to mingle the flavours for 2 to 3 hours
May be made 2 days ahead of dinner
1 to 2 lbs of Fresh Asparagus, break the ends off and compost
2 bunches of Green Onions Chopped
2 Peppers of any kind chopped
Toss with the Vinagrette in bowl
Preheat Broiler or Bar B QFor Broiler place on Grill pan in Oven for 3 mintes and Toss the grill for another 3 minutes, tender crispFor Bar B Q place on a veggie frill for bar b q and place over heated coals, for 3 minutes toss the veggies and another 3 minutes test to see if tender enough for you.
Serve immediately with pasta or choice of starch.
Also great with a crisp salad - (left over vinagrette for the salad)
