ERICA CRYSTAL has spent the majority of her career in public service.  She began working at the Department of Labor Relations in December 2008, first as a hearing officer, then as Chief Counsel and now as Director.  Prior to her work at the Department, from June 1990 to June 2007, Ms. Crystal worked as an attorney for Region One of the National Labor Relations Board, where she worked on the more complicated labor relations cases, including those involving petitions for injunctive relief, Gissel bargaining orders, Employer lock-outs and surface bargaining.
