PRSA Central California Presents a Lunch and Learn Seminar
Social Media and Beyond
with Peter Robertson

Thursday, Oct. 15   12-1:30 p.m.
Fresno Metropolitan Museum - 5th Floor Conf. Room
Social media is a hot topic and there's always something new to learn. Our speaker spearheaded the nationally-recognized IAMFRESNOSTATE project which used social media to connect various campus constituencies.

Peter Robertson will discuss items including:
  • How Fresno State has embraced social media
  • What new applications are being utilized?
  • What was working in the past, but not-so-much now?
  • How our audience(s) distinguish between "reality" and "propaganda"
  • If there is a "one size fits all" to any of these challenges
  • What others in the marketplace are doing to capture the synergy of social media
In addition to discussing the topics above, excellent examples of social media at work in the marketplace will be reviewed.
