Welcome to Our Leadership Development Board Members!

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the launch of the Buddy Program's inaugural Leadership Development Board!  Organizations nationwide are incorporating the next generation of leaders into their composition with the aim of cultivating a younger community activist.

The Buddy Program's Leadership Development Board will support the Buddy Program and its Board of Directors in their mission to strengthen our community by guiding and inspiring youth through mentoring and experiential programming.  In pursuit of this mission the Leadership Development Board will cultivate the next generation of philanthropists, inspire them to give of their time and their wealth, educate them on the importance of participation at all levels in the Buddy Program, and engage them in the good health and sustainability of our organization.

The inaugural Leadership Development Board is made up of twelve members, including Co-Presidents Jimmy Marcus and David Cook, Vanessa Anthes, Courtney Brinkerhoff, Chris Bryan, Ashley Carruth, Kristen Dittmar, Kelli Gardener, Marty Franze, Bill Simon, Beth Slater and David Wiedinmyer.  Natasha Long, part-time Event Consultant at the Buddy Program, is Staff Liaison and Secretary.

Thank you to those members of our inaugural Leadership Development Board for the passion and consideration you bring to the Buddy Program!
