The Art Institute of Atlanta, an important educational source for design, media arts, fashion and culinary arts professionals, partnered with ArtSS to hold the poster competition, in which 28 students participated with the criteria to incorporate aspects of visual, performing, landscape, literary, and culinary arts.
Nadia's poster, seen above, was selected in December by the ArtSS coordinating committee, consisting of ArtSS members Bonnie Laney, Suzanne Engel, and Cheryl Womack.
As this year's winner, Nadia will receive $500 and her winning design will be printed and posted throughout the businesses of Sandy Springs to promote ArtSSpring, the 30 day spring celebration of the arts being held in Sandy Springs from April 13 through May 13, 2012.
Congratulations to Nadia and thank you to all of Art Institute of Atlanta's wonderful, talented artists who participated in this year's competition!
