ArtSSpring Is Here!

Keep the fabulous ArtSSpring calendar at your fingertips so as not to miss any of the exciting month-long events (click here for a handy copy).

Don't forget to make your reservations for the Cirque du Spring Gala and Art Auction on May 6th.  Co-chairs Kate Dalba and Joan Plunkett promise us a glittering evening of fine art, gourmet food provided by A Peach of a Party and delightful entertainment.  Anne Tracht, Art Curator with ConsultART Inc., is gathering 100 pieces of canvas art, photography and sculpture from talented local artists. ArtSS will honor Jim Schell, a noted 92-year old Sandy Springs portrait artist, with displays of his art.  Dazzling surprise 'pop-ups' from rock to grand opera will charm the party, while gifted pianist, David Carnes, plays party favorites throughout the evening.  One "surprise":  Cecil Welch, former lead trumpeter for the Henry Mancini Orchestra.  Click for more information about Gala tickets or call 770-951-0021.
