Intramural Day October 15th, 2010
| On Friday, October 15th all students will be participating in an intramural run throughout the campus. Students will be finished their clas ses at 2:10pm, with the run beginning at 2:30pm.
Students will be given the opportunity to change into their sports uniforms and as such ALL students are required to be in their #1 uniforms when arriving at school.

Parent Committee Fundraisers
| Just a reminder on behalf of the parent committee that both the Wreath/Centrepiece fundraiser and the QSP Magazine campaign are in full force with a few important dates coming up.
Wreath/Centrepiece order forms are due to the main office by Wednesday October 20th 2010 in order to ensure delivery on December 3rd, 2010. For more information or for extra order forms, please click here.
Paper order forms for the QSP Magazine campaign are due to the main office by Wednesday October 27th, 2010: however online ordering is on-going throughout the school year and can be done by visiting the QSP website.

Venta Prep on Facebook and Twitter
| In our on-going efforts to better communicate with parents, alumni, friends and family in the Venta community, we have  worked hard to develop an active online Venta community.

Venta Vipers Update and Results
|
On Wednesday, October 13th, the Venta Vipers Cross Country running club participated in the HAW-X-country challenge at the Hornet`s nest in Blackburn Hamlet. Venta students participated in the Midget Boys 5KM and the Junior Girls 4KM. All participants met their personal goals for the meet. Congratulations to all that participated!

Venta Fall Open House
|
On Monday, November 8th, 2010 at 9:15am, Venta Preparatory School will open it's doors to prospective stu dents and their parents interested in the 2011-2012 school year.
This informative morning will include:
- School tours provided by current Venta students,
- A presentation from the Admissions Office and the Principal,
- The opportunity to ask all of your questions, and
- Snacks and refreshments will be served
Know someone who is interested in joining us for the open house? All current parents are encouraged to share this information with any friend, family or colleague that may be interested.

Venta Driveway Roadwork
|  The previously scheduled roadwork on the Venta driveway has been re-scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 16th. As the work is being completed on a weekend, it should not inconvenience many; however please be aware of the workers and the repairs if you happen to arrive at the school on this day. |
